Web-based records management

 

We are able to offer web based records management through RsWeb.

 

RsWeb.NET is the net application to RS-SQL which allows clients to perform many of the Records Management Customer Services tasks; eliminating calls, faxes and emails – saving time and money. RSWeb.NET gives our clients fast and flexible real-time access and control of their records.

 

The intuitive menu system allows clients to search and work with their records. Finding a particular file is simple, using pre-defined 'Quick Searches'. The searches can be personalised or made generic for all clients. Clients can even create their own searches, using the advanced search tool and work dynamically with their results.
 
Our clients can order services via the net, they can request by barcode, their reference number or use the 'Search & Select' tool. Records are then placed into a 'shopping cart'. They can be printed, removed or placed on an order. Default tick boxes allow the client to determine the required delivery time and know exactly when their request will be delivered. Orders are not just limited to pick-up or delivery requests and the status of any order (i.e. ETA can be checked at any time).
 
Clients can also:

• Index their files and container information directly into the database prior to collection therefore reducing indexing costs

• Look up their deposit information automatically through the internet

• Create pick-up and delivery work orders themselves

• Run their own reports

• Request an Image on Demand service (IOD) where the file or specific pages will be scanned and uploaded to RsWeb.NET. The data remains on site, the turnaround is much quicker and is more cost effective.

RsWeb.NET allows authorised users access from any location and at any time.
